This procedure is in addition to any requirements for special inspection. 10: All plumbing and gas piping work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Department of Public Health - Seattle and King County (206/296- 4932). 11: All electrical work shall be inspected and approved under a separate permit issued by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries (206/248- 6630). 12: VALIDITY OF PERMIT: The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any other ordinances of the City of Tukwila. This figure will be reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Permit Center to comply with current fee schedules. Expiration of Plan Review— Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation. The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 107.4 of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once.
