Basic plan review fee shall be in accordance with Table 1 -A of the Uniform'Building 2 Code adopted by the City of Tukwila. Site specific plan review fee is $400.00 plus any g Q fees associated with the addition of decks, basements, etc. added to the plans at the time D of site specific submittal. If it is determined that the site specific plans need to be z w reviewed by the City's structural consultant, the applicant agrees to pay the fees assessed z 1 ILI for this review prior to permit issuance. 1— 0 2. This letter is to clarify the intent and correct installation at cripple wall locations where the above - described condition occurs. . ur • We have reviewed all of our home plans, and the maximum load at the STHD14 hold down is just under 2600 pounds. Above the STHD14 connector, install an AST6236 strap. This strap will connect the cripple wall stud to the main floor studs directly alcove the STHD14 hold down. The AST6236 strap takes 2575 pounds. This will transfer the load to the STHD. It is acceptable to have the AST strap adjacent to the STHD14 hold down by one stud.
