ORDINANCE NO. 421 743
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 211, RE-
LATING TO THE OPERATING OF MOTOR VEHICLES WITHIN THE CITY OF
TUKWILA.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: Section 3 of Ordinance No. 211 is hereby amended
to be as follows:
Unless another penalty is expressly provided by law,
every person convicted of a violation of any provision
of this Ordinance shall be punished by a fine of not
more than THREE WJDRED ($300.00) DOLLARS, or by
imprisonment forAmore than NINETY (90) DAYS or by both
such fine and imprisonment.
Section 2: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication as required
by law.
