ROLL CALL: Council Analyst Lucy Lauterbach called the roll of Council. Present were
Council President Dave Fenton and Councilmembers Joe Duffie, Joan Hernandez, Steve Mullet,
Pam Carter, Jim Haggerton and Pamela Linder.
OFFICIALS: John Rants, Mayor; John McFarland, City Administrator; Don Williams, Parks
Recreation Director; Alan Doerschel, Finance Director; and Lucy Lauterbach, Council Analyst.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Approval of Vouchers #213669 through 213824, in the amount of $128.922.51
Moved by Councilmember Duffie; seconded by Councilmember Hernandez; to approve the
vouchers as presented. The motion carried 7 -0.
Moved by Councilmember Duffie; seconded by Council President Fenton; to recess into
executive session. The motion carried 7 -0.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Pending Litigation and Land Use issues
Executive session began at 8:22 p.m.
Executive session ended at 9:13 p.m.
No action was taken.
ADJOURNMENT:
(9:13 p.m.) Moved by Councilmember Duffie; seconded by Councilmember
Linder; to reconvene and adjourn the regular meeting. The motion carried 7 -0.
