2: No changes will be made to the plans unless approved by the Engineer and the Tukwila Building Division.
3: Plumbing permits shall be obtained through the Seattle -King County Department of Public Health. Plumbing will be
inspected by that agency, including all gas piping (296- 4722).
4: Electrical permits shall be obtained through the Washington State Division of Labor and Industries and all electrical
work will be inspected by that agency (206- 835 - 1111).
5: All permits, inspection records, and approved plans shall be available at the job site prior to the start of any
construction. These documents are to be maintained and available until final inspection approval is granted.
6: All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1997
Edition) as amended, Uniform Mechanical Code (1997 Edition), and Washington State Energy Code (1997 Edition).
7: Validity of Permit. The issuance of a permit or approval of plans, specifications, and computations shall not be
construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of any of the provisions of the building code or of any
other ordinance of the jurisdiction. No permit presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this
code shall be valid.
8: ** *FIRE DEPARTMENT CONDITIONS * **
9: The attached set of plans have been reviewed by The Fire Prevention Bureau and are acceptable with the following
concerns:
10: All interior demo debris must be removed prior to demo of the automatic sprinkler system, Contact the Tukwila Fire
Prevention Bureau at 206 -575 -4407 for an inspection of the building prior to shut down of the automatic sprinkler
system.
11: Accumulation of combustible waste material is prohibited during the demolition phase of this project. Remove and
properly dispose of all waste material prior to the close of the working day and as often throughout the day as needed.
12: This review limited to speculative tenant space only - special fire permits may be necessary depending on detailed
description of intended use.
13: Any overlooked hazardous condition and /or violation of the adopted Fire or Building Codes does not imply approval of
such condition or violation.
14: These plans were reviewed by Inspector 512. If you have any questions, please call Tukwila Fire Prevention Bureau at
(206)575 -4407.

defined in Section 107.4 of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once.

I. APPROVAL OF THIS EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL (ESC) PLAN
DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN APPROVAL OF PERMANENT ROAD OR DRAINAGE DESIGN (LG.,
SIZE AND LOCATION OF ROADS, PIPES. RESTRICTORS. CHANNELS, RETENTION FACILITIES,
UTILITIES. ETC.).
2. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THESE ESC PLANS AND THE CONSTRUCTION MAINTENANCE,
REIWEMENT, AND UPGRADING OF THESE ESC FACILITIES IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF
THE APPLICANT /ESC SUPERVISOR UNIT. ALL CONSTRUCTION IS APPROVED.

ACCUMULATE WITHIN A CATCH BASIN. ALL CATCH BASINS AND CONVEYANCE LINES

ADDITIONAL MEASURES. SUCH AS WASH PADS, MAY BE REWIRED TO ENSURE THAT ALL
'PAVED AREAS ARE KEPT CLEAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE PROJECT.

THE WOOD POST TO ALLOW THE FILTER FABRIC TO BE BURIED.
D. WHEN STANDARD STRENGTH FILTER FABRIC IS USED, A WIRE MESH SUPPORT FENCE SHALL BE FASTENED SECURELY
TO THE UPSLDPE SIDE OF THE POSTS USING HEAVY DUTY WIRE STAPLES AT LEAST 1 INCH LONG, TIE MARES OR HOG
RINGS. THE WIRE SHALL EXTEND INTO THE TRENCH A MINIMUM OF 4 INCHES AND SHALL NOT EXTEND MORE THAN
36 INCHES ABOVE THE ORIGINAL GROUND SURFACE.
