Mayor Steven M. Mullet called the regular meeting to order at 9:40 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
Council Analyst Lucy Lauterbach called the roll of Council. Present were Council President Joe
Duffle and Councilmembers Joan Hernandez; Pam Carter; Jim Haggerton; Pam Linder; Dave
Fenton and Richard Simpson.
OFFICIALS:
City Administrator John McFarland; City Attorney Bob Noe; Council Analyst Lucy Lauterbach;
Department of Community Development Director Steve Lancaster; Fire Chief Tom Keefe;
Assistant Fire Chief Nick Olivas and Assistant Parks Recreation Director, Bruce Fletcher.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Approval of Vouchers #216439 216845. in the amount of 2,583,210.06
Motion by Hernandez; seconded by Duffie; to approve the consent agenda, as presented.
The motion carried 7 -0.
ADJOURNMENT:
9:44 p.m. Moved by Duffie; second by Hernandez; to adjourn the Special meeting. The
motion carried 7 -0.
