Pearl are the owner of record of the real property described in Exhibit A as 405 Baker Blvd, and Exhibit B as 401 Baker Blvd., Tukwila,►a. Owner of the above property shall be responsible for the cost of installing all p pe Y � g 2 improvements, grading, paving and landscaping for the access easement as approved by the City of Tukwila. Eash property will be responsible for all necessary repairs and /or replacements to maintain their respective properties in good condition and repair. Exhibit D indicates shared parking of stalls #12 thru #43 of the two properties of Exhibit A and Exhibit B and mutually convey easements for private access, L7 refuse collection, and water and emergency vehicles over the properties 1 described in Exhibit A and Exhibit B. This grant of easement shall be permanent and irrevocable and the provisions 4 7) hereof, including the benefits and burdens, run with the properties and are binding upon and insure to the benefit of the heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns of the benefit of the parties hereto.
