AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TUKWILA ORDINANCE NO. 204
and 374 providing for License fees for Cardrooms
and Billiard and Poolrooms.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 3 of Ordinance 204 and 374 are hereby amended to read
as follows.:
SECTION 3. That said license fee for Billiard and
Pool table operations is hereby fixed at a sum of $25.00 per annum
for each billiard or pool table so maintained. That said fee for
public cardroom tables is hereby fixed at a sum of $250.00 per
quarter (3 months) for the first six tables maintained or used
for playing cards or combination thereof and an additional $75,OO
for each table maintained or used for playing cards beyond the first
six tables.
That the remainder of Ordinance No. 204 and 374 shall remain
in full force and effect as modified and amended herein.
PASSED by the CITY COUNCIL and approved by the MAYOR of
the CITY OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, at a regular meeting thereof this
day of December 1964
