An approved automatic in rack fire sprinkler extinguishing system is required for this project. (City Ordinance 01742) Sprinkler protection shall be extended to all areas where required, including all enclosed areas, below obstructions and under overhangs greater than four feet wide. (NFPA 13 -4- 4.1.3.2.1) All valves controlling the water supply for automatic sprinkler systems and waterflow switches on all sprinkler systems shall be electrically supervised.
