I have discussed these points with Mr. Dick Mangan and I am following his request that the Building Permit not be issued prior to a satisfactory solution to the exiting problems he has indicated. I am also requesting that you provide my office with two (2) sets of corrected construction drawings before the permit be issued. One set will be retained in my office, the other set will be stamped approved by my office and will be required to be at the site of construction for use by the contractors.
