Dear Mr. Haugaard:
Please find enclosed one . copy of the plan check report from Ovorlake
Building Consultants. This plan check indicates nine (9) points to
which you should address yourself. In particular, points three (3)
and nine (9) are critical to the issuance of your Building Permit.
I have discussed these points with Mr. Dick Mangan and I am following
his request that the Building Permit not be issued prior to a satisfactory
solution to the exiting problems he has indicated.
I am also requesting that you provide my office with two (2) sets of
corrected construction drawings before the permit be issued. One set
will be retained in my office, the other set will be stamped approved
by my office and will be required to be at the site of construction for
use by the contractors. Inspections will be conducted from this second
set of corrected construction drawings.
If you would like clarification of any of the points in the plan check
please contact me, Ch. 2- -2177. I hope we can resolve these problems
rapidly with mutual cooperation and concern for the success of your
building.
