Dear Mr. Schankel; This letter is to inform you of the outcome of the Public Hearing held at the City Hall on Thursday, 16 March 1972. It was the concensus of the Planning Commission to grant a Temporary Use Permit for the period of one (1) year to allow the use of a greenhouse upon said property, subject to the following conditions: 1.. Storage of all materials shall be adequately screened from all adjacent residential property. 2. Any sign or means of signing shall conform to the Sign Ordinance of the City of Tukwila. 3. Provisions be made for adequate off-street parking, subject to approval by appropriate City official. The conditions listed above must be complied with and provided for within any plans submitted to the Building Department of the City when applying for a Building Permit to construct the greenhouse.
