Maximum occupancy of this structure shall be limited to four (4) employees, when employees of both sexes use this structure. (Sec. 1105) 2. Maximum occupancy of this structure shall be limited to ten (10) employees, when employees of one sex only use this structure. (Sec. 1105) 3. The roof covering shall be fire - retardant roofing as specified in Sac. 3203 (e) of the Uniform Building Code, 1970 2dition. (Sec. 1603 (A) 3) 4. The West wall of this structure must be of 1 hour fire resistive construction (2203). The structure to be used as a locker room /lunch area shows the same deficiencies as above, with the exception of requirement #4. To facilitate occupancy of these structures, the Building Department will allow temporary occupancy of these structures provided that: A. The deficiencies noted as #1 and #2 above be accomplished, and maintained at all times. '8. The deficiencies noted as #3 and #4 above be accomplished within three (3) years of the issuance of this Building Permit. C. Until such time as these structures are rebuilt to conform with building code requirements, that the City of Tukwila and /or City employees shall not be held liable for damages to and /or resulting from your property at South 143rd Street. A setback of fifteen (15) feet, landscaped, shall be pro— vided qp the street or public way frontages; this setback to be measured from the minimum building setback line. If outdoor storage facilities do or will exist, it is necessary to comply with the following requirements: Outside storage facilities shall be obscured by a decorative obscuring fence and /or a solid screen planting of evergreens, specified on the plot plan and approved by the planning commission. In regard to the emminent need for dyking along the Green River, the intent of the Shoreline Management Act to pre— serve riverfront recreation areas, and King County's and the City of Tukwila's Green River Trails System, a mini— mum of twenty —five (25) feet of level land at the top of the bank must be reserved for public uses and access to the public maintained.
