There shall be no storage or use under the stairs, 3308 (f). 2. Gypsum board under the wainscoat in the restrooms shall be of water- resistant type, 1711 (a). 3. Floors in restrooms must be of an approved non - absorbent finish extending five (5) inches upward on to the wall, 1711 (a). 4. Wainscoat must be extended to cover walls within two (2) feat of water closet, 1711 (a). 5. The walls within a two foot horizontal distance of a sink shall be considered subject to water splash and shall be protected with a waterproof wainscoat from the floor to a height of four (4) feet, 2517 (k). 6. The floor area within a four foot square area of any sink not within a restroom facility shall be protected with an approved non - absorptive material as are the restroom floors. This is to protect the floor partition from water splash, 2517 (k). The above deficiencies shall be corrected prior to issuance of an occupancy permit. You should understand that this plan check was a non - structural plan check therefore, any further requirement shall be subject to other plans review or inspections.
