it is recommended that you have a wheel unit of Carbon Dioxide of at least
100 lb. capacity on hand located in room 6.
Signs labeling emergency power shut down shall be placed in clear view,.

We are returning to you under separate cover the above subject
plan which has been checked for conformance with the Uniform
Building Code and following are the comments of our plan checker.
1. This plan has been well done. Code requirements have been given
good consideration. We offer the following minor corrections.
2. The gypsum board used in the soffit area cannot be used unless
'it is specially manufactured for that purpose, Standard W/R Board
does not comply. However, U.S. Gypsum has an approved Soffit
Gypsum Board by I.C.B.O.
3. Special inspection in conformance with Table 248 is required
for the masonry grouting.
4. Structural concrete based on an ultimate compressive strength
in excess of 2000 pounds per square inch is required to have
special inspection.
5. Separate permits are required for the mechanical equipment
installation.
If we can be of further service, please do not hesitate to contact
