Unobstructed yards of 27 feet should be maintained on 3 sides of the building for area purposes. Section 506. 3. Nonabsorbent finish and backing for toilet room walls and floor should conform to Section 1711 (a). 4. Final partition layouts and details should be submitted prior to installation to justify compliance with exit requirements. 5. Light and ventilation should comply with Section 1105. 6. mechanical ventilating system in baths should provide a five - minute air change directly to the outside. Section 1305 (a). Section 1405 (a). 7. Conforming exits are required from the areas below as specified in Section 3302 (a). Warehouse contains only one approved exit.
