Council President Joe Duffie called the Special meeting to order in the absence of Mayor Steve
Mullet.
ROLL CALL:
Council Analyst Lucy Lauterbach called the roll of Council. Present were Council President Joe
Duffie and Councilmembers Joan Hernandez; Pam Carter; Jim Haggerton; Pamela Linder; Dave
Fenton and Richard Simpson.
OFFICIALS:
City Administrator John McFarland; Assistant City Administrator Rhonda Berry; Council
Analyst Lucy Lauterbach; and Finance Director Alan Doerschel.
