Public Works permits can be issued as part of a building permit or as a Miscellaneous permit. This Bulletin also contains a form to help you estimate Type C permit fees. Most Public Works permit fees are flat rates, except for Type C permit fees, which are based on the value of the construction work. For Type C permits, PW collects a base application and plan review fee when the application is submitted and a Permit Issuance and Inspection fee when the permit is issued.
