In the event that a rockery can not be installed per standard detail, the applicant is required to notify the Building Department immediately and submit alternative engineered plans for a retaining wall, including structural calculations. 30: Install yard drain(s) and perforated pipe drains along the driveway, as necessary to prevent on -site ponding of storm water runoff.
