Mayor Mullet called the City Council Special meeting to order.
ROLL CALL:
Lucy Lauterbach, Council Analyst, called the roll of Council. Present were Council President Joan
Hernandez; and Councilmembers Joe Duffle, Pam Carter, Jim Haggerton, Pam Linder, Dave Fenton and
Richard Simpson.

John McFarland, City Administrator; Rhonda Berry, Assistant City Administrator; Jim Morrow, Public
Works Director and Lucy Lauterbach; Council Analyst.
CONSENT AGENDA:
Approval of Vouchers #226092 226216, in the amount of $1,900,842.25
Duffie moved; Hernandez seconded; approval of the consent agenda as presented. The
motion carried 7 -0.
OLD BUSINESS:
Authorize Mayor to sign the Public Works Trust Fund Loan Agreement
Fenton moved; Linder seconded; authorizing Mayor Mullet to sign the Public Works Trust
Fund Loan Agreement. The motion carried 7 -0.
ADJOURN:
Duffie moved; Hernandez seconded; to adjourn the City Council Special meeting, and
reconvene the Committee of Whole meeting. The motion carried 7 -0.
