Copies of all special inspection reports shall be submitted to the Building Division in a timely manner. Reports shall contain address, project name, permit number and type of inspection being performed. 9: The special inspector shall submit a final signed report stating whether the work requiring special inspection was, to the best of the inspector's knowledge, in conformance with approved plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the UBC. 10: Any new ceiling grid and light fixture installation is required to meet lateral bracing requirements for Seismic Zone 3. 11: Partition walls attached to ceiling grid must be laterally braced if over eight (8) feet in length. 12: Engineered truss drawings and calculations shall be on site and available to the building inspector for inspection purposes.
