ORDINANCE NO. 412 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA authorizing the Mayor of the
City of Tukwila pursuant to RCW 70.08.090, to enter into a Health Services
Agreement with the governing bodies of the Seattle King County Department of
Public Health.
WHEREAS: The City of Tukwila, for the Health, Safety and Welfare of its
inhabitants desires to enter into a Health Services Agreement with the Seattle
King County Department of Health.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Tukwila is hereby authorized, pursuant
to RCW 70.08.090 to enter into a Health Services Agreement with the governing
bodies of the Seattle King County Department of Public Health.
Section 2. A copy of said agreement is on file with the City Clerk and by
this reference made a part hereof.
Section 3. The City hereby appoints the Director of Public Health of the
Seattle King County Department of Public Health as the Health Officer of the
City of Tukwila.
PASSED by the City Council and approved by the Mayor this 16th day of
November, 1964
