Reports shall contain address, project name, permit number and type of inspection being performed. 8: The special inspector shall submit a final signed report stating whether the work requiring special inspection was, to the best of the inspector's knowledge, in conformance with approved plans and specifications and the applicable workmanship provisions of the UBC. 9: Any exposed insulations backing material shall have a Flame Spread Rating of 25 or less, and material shall bear identification showing the fire performance rating thereof. 10: All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1997 Edition) as amended, Uniform Mechanical Code (1997 Edition), and Washington State Energy Code (1997 Edition). 11: Notify the City of Tukwila Building Division prior to placing any concrete.
