ORDINANCE NO. 411 AN ORDINANCE ADMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 297, RELATING TO
SALES OR SOLICITING OF BUSINESS ON THE SHOULDERS OR RIGHT OF
WAYS OF STREETS, ROADS AND HIGHWAYS.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of the City.of
Tukwila as follows:
Section 1. Ordinance No. 297 of the City of Tukwila
is. amended by adding the following Section:
Section 6. There shall be no solicitation of
business or sales of goods, wares, or merchand-
ise on the shoulders or right of way of any
road, street or highway within the City of
Tukwila.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication
as required by law.
PASSED by the City Council of the City of Tukwila and
approved by the Mayor this/ of �Cr 1964.
