The fence along the levee access road, as shown in the pictures you brought in the other Z H .
day, is acceptable. The fence shall be 6' high, black in color, and PVC coated. Other 1-00
details are found on the Civil plan sheet. We will need a hold harmless agreement, stating W
that if the fence is damaged or removed that Starfire will replace in -kind. I have W
attached a Hold Harmless agreement. This may be used as a guideline. You may also make
