The warehouse area was shown at 10,535 SF and at manufacturing, would have an occupant load of 53 requiring two exits, as did the warehouse. There are exits on both the north end sides of the building which are separated further then 1/2 the diagonal distance. As for parking, the parking is already calculated at 1/1000 or manufacturing standards which was per the retail change of use revision to permit. Therefore there are no parking changes. As for the vehicle access ramp, this was to receive an extruded concrete curb at the edges and since it is only for vehicles, not personnel, nor does it act as an exit way means of egress, or even a pedestrian pathway, no railings are required. Even per WAC 11.06.8, edge protection is only required on accessible ramps and this is not a required accessible ramp. We will submit the change of use to manufacturing.
