AAWL DATE c 6•f - . r &'WALL Buildin g Systems stems BACK TO BASICS Interior walls have been constructed using gypsum wallboard for almost 9 decades. Gypsum board is a durable, cost effective building material, easily repaired if damaged and when used in partition assemblies can provide excellent sound reduction properties. The primary component of the patented A -WALL panel is gypsum board, factory finished with a wide variety of maintenance free surfaces. Designed for durability, A -WALL buildings will withstand count- less years of industrial service. RIGID MANUFACTURING STANDARDS Component System's dedication to quality is unsur- passed. Each component is individually manufactured to specific tolerances and systematically inspected prior to shipment. A -WALL buildings arrive on -site intact and in proper quantities, insuring you a trouble free installation. FIRE RETARDANT CONSTRUCTION Only "Fire Retardant" materials are used in the con- struction of A -WALL buildings. Gypsum board, the primary component of the A -WALL panel, will actually aid in extinguishing fires. When attacked by fire, gyp- sum board releases water of crystalization which turns to steam to help retard the spread of flame. A safer building system, A -WALL sometimes qualifies for lower insurance rates and elimination of costly sprinkler sys- tems. (Subject to local building codes and individual policies.) CORROSION RESISTANT All aluminum components of the A -WALL building sys- tems have an electrostatically applied, baked enamel finish which will better withstand corrosives commonly found in industrial environments. SUPERIOR SOUND CONTROL A costly extra in other modular building systems, sound control is standard with A -WALL buildings. Superior acoustic properties have been engineered into the A -WALL panel systems. Because of its weight and density, the A -WALL panel is extremely effective in reducing sound in the frequencies most commonly found in industrial environments. (Refer to table on page 2.) Optional, inexpensive sound -seal packages are also available to reduce the unwanted noise which can leak through gaps between basetrack and floor as well as to secure a positive seal at roof connections and around doors. RAPID FIELD ASSEMBLY A -WALL buildings are totally pre - engineered and require fewer parts and fasteners than other modular building systems. Windows are factory glazed and no field cutting of aluminum components is required. Because of its simplicity of design, your A -WALL build- ing can be installed by unskilled plant personnel or by your local A -WALL factory trained dealership. TOTAL FLEXIBILITY As your needs change, so does A -WALL. Modular in design and 100% re- usable A -WALL buildings are quickly expanded, rearranged, demounted or relocated. TAX SAVINGS Property values and taxes will not increase because A -WALL buildings are not considered a permanent improvement to your facility. ilD 7:i TAE 57Z ,4Pp ED LINzDE 2 mis RECEIVED P', i r'APP6/c'f77O/ CITY OF TUKWILA JUN 161592 PERMIT CENTER 0g CITY or TUKWILA APPP "vED 'JU 2 1992 Der G D ISION • • /z...ruca AM. 114 1 .)1 7 4c140 , - - nik'4 2oelotegq 13ro-g 0(2- (0o6 wigls , PANEL LAYOUT COLOR: BONE 8' PANEL HT. 36"X38" RECEPTION WINDOW • (TYPICAL) 39"X44" WINDOW 2-113130 (TYPICAL) 2. ose CATE: 20•-5 1/4" AWALL 200 6/2/92 - L.64-tc, (i00)■14 OZO 131.10AS:c COMPONENT SYSTEMS INC. 041111 Irts THE BONMARCHE COMPANY MANN MO. ct 1 AWALLM The Economical Building System 1 Simple, continuous basetrack 1 No exposed posts or framing members at panel Joints 1 Available with vinyl or unfinished panel surfaces* s Competitively priced 'Panels must have same finish, both sides At46lio e h(4011 &F, Mae O 'COL (146pEc ot't i oP , 012. .6.00 TONAL .6,1 1- kobe.S 6 Ai „ t ,,.
