EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitations~ The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). The total number of fire extinguishers required for your establishment is calculated at one extinguisher for each 3000 sq. ft. of area. The extinguisher(s) should be of the "All Purpose" (2A, 10B:C) dry chemical type. .Travel distance to any fire extinguisher must be 75' or less. Dear Ms. Davidson: An initial review of the space plan for Cap Gemini America indicates that this space plan does not meet the exiting requirements of The Uniform Building Code. The exit system for this tenant space must be design for an occupant load which is calculated as prescribed in the Uniform Building Code. The space plan indicates an occupant load of 39.
