Application and plans must be complete in order to be accepted for plan review.
VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION Valuation for new construction and additions are calculated by the Department of
Community Development prior to application submittal. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 431 -3670 prior to submitting
application. In all cases, a valuation amount should be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed and is
subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules.
BUILDING OWNER / AUTHORIZED AGENT If the applicant is other than the owner, registered architect/engineer, or contractor
licensed by the State of Washington, a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing the agent to submit this
permit application and obtain the permit will be required as part of this submittal.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall
expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180
days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition).
No application shall be extended more than once.

Dear Mr. Lang
King County records indicate that you are the owner of record for
'the property located at 14920 - 62nd Ave. S.
On February 19, 1992 an inspection .of this location revealed an
apparent violation of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code.
This case has been forwarded to this office to seek voluntary
compliance of the building code T.M.C. Section 16.04.030 or the
initiation of legal action in criminal court.'
Records indicate that a Stop Work Notice was issued fcr illegal
construction at the aforementioned location on July 7, 1991. These
same records indicate that you applied for the appropriate permit
on July 11, 1991. This permit has since expired and you, therefore
continue to be in violation of the building code.
This office would like to solicit your cooperation and community
spirit in correcting the violation by removing the illegal
structure or reapplying for a building permit on or before March
10, 1992. If this date is inconvenient or if you should have any
questions regarding this matter please call me at 431 -3661 and I

This is to inform you that a STOP WORK .notice was placed on the
site of new construction in progress at the aforementioned location
on July 8, 1991 by the City of Tukwila Building Department.
You are in apparent violation of the City of Tukwila Municipal Code
Section 16.04.030. Specifically, you failed to obtain a building
permit for your new deck and carport as provided in this section.
This office would like to solicit your cooperation and community
spirit in correcting the violation by ceasing work immediately and
applying for a building permit as soon as possible but not later
than August 1, 1991. Please be advised that if there is any
evidence of work continuing prior to the issuance of a building
permit, or that a fully completed Building Permit Application has
not been received in this office by that date, the matter will be
turned over to the Tukwila City Attorney for appropriate legal
action.
Applications and related information explaining the permit process
may be obtained at the Building Division permit counter located at
6300 Southcenter Boulevard, Suite 100, Tukwila, Washington.

Dear Mr. Lang :
King County records indicate that you are the owner of record for
the property located at 14920 - 62nd Ave. S.
On February 19, 1992 an inspection.of this location revealed an
apparent violation of the, City of Tukwila Municipal Code.
This,case has been forwarded to this office to seek, voluntary
compliance of the building code T.M.C.. Section 16.04.030 or the
initiation of legal action in criminal court.
Records indicate that a Stop Work Notice was issued for illegal
construction at the aforementioned location on July 7, 1991. These
same records indicate•that you applied for the appropriate permit
on July 11, 1991. This permit has since expired and you, therefore
continue to be in violation of the building code.
This office would like to solicit your cooperation and community
spirit in correcting the violation by removing the illegal
structure or reapplying for a building permit on or before March
10, 1992. If this date is inconvenient or if you should have any
questions regarding this matter please call me at 431 -3661 and I
can assist you.
