The Grantor, KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, a political subdivision of the State of
Washington, pursuant to that certain "Interlocal Agreement between King County and
the City of Tukwila Relating to the Transfer of a Drainage Facility" last executed by the
City of Tukwila on May 31St„ 2013, and in consideration of mutual benefits, receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quit claims unto the Grantee, the CITY
OF TUKWILA, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, the following
described real estate, situated in King County, Washington;
Permanent Stormwater Right of Way:
Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of STR 02-22-04,
Thence N 89-16-32 W along the East-West centerline of said section 458.30
ft.; thence N 02-40-47 E 53.72 ft. to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing
N 02-40-47 E 68.04 ft.; thence N 20-24-53 E 88.72 ft.; thence N 49-07-02 E
82.00 ft. to an intersection with the SWLY margin of Frager Road; thence
S 40-52-58 E along said SWLY margin 117.97 ft. to a point on a curve from
which the radial center bears S 49-07-02 W 798.51 ft.; thence SELY along the
arc of said curve concave to the SW 93.58 ft. to a point on a non-tangent curve
from which the radial center bears S 84-31-00 W 40.00 ft.; thence SWLY
along the arc of said curve concave to the NW 67.17 ft.; thence N 89-16-32 W
190.00 ft. to the Point of Beginning.
