File#: RFA12-260 Owner Name 14014 and 18627 LLC Address: 7550 California Ave SW City/State/Zip: Seattle,WA 98136 is in violation of Tukwila's Municipal Code(TMC), TMC Chapter: :5.06.100 Violations. `If an inspection of a rental unit conducted pursuant to this chapter reveals deficiences of 25 points or more on the Inspection Certificate, the violation must be cured within 30 days.
