We suggest the applicant ensure these general requirements be included on all Architectural and Structural plans. We have attempted to be specific in areas where experience has shown that information necessary for a complete plan review is often lacking. This list should be considered only as an aid in preparing the plans and should not be construed as a complete application checklist. a. The General Notes must indicate conformance to the 1988 U.B.C., 1988 U.M.C., 1988 U.F.C., 1988 U.P.C., 1990 Barrier Free Code, as adopted or amended by local ordinance. The General Notes should also indicate compliance with the Tukwila Zoning code. b. The Title Sheet must contain detailed building analysis as prescribed in the U.B.C, i.e., occupancy group, type of construction, occupancy loads, number of stories, sprinkler requirements, etc. c. Provide Site Plan showing existing and any proposed parking. d. All engineering calculation summaries or conclusions must be clear and reflected on the drawings. e. All engineering documents must be prepared and stamped by an engineer licensed by the state to practice as such. f. All interior rooms and spaces must be labeled to show occupancy uses per U.B.C. Table 33 -A. g. The "story" number of the floor on which work is being done must .be clearly identified. h. Narrative descriptions of work should be accompanied by detailed architectural drawings.
