EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). Any new ceiling grid and light fixture installation is required to meet lateral bracing requirements for Seismic Zone 3. 5. Partition walls attached to ceiling grid must be laterally braced if over eight (8) feet in length. 6. Any exposed insulations backing material to have Flame Spread Rating of 25 or less, and material shall bear' identification showing the fire performance rating thereof. 7. All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1988 Edition), Uniform Mechanical Code (1988 Edition), Washington State Energy Code (1991 Edition), and Washington State Regulations for Barrier Free Facility (1989 Edition). 8.
