GENERAL INFORMATIOiN This tenant improvement application may be submitted for non- structural interior construction which is authorized under an existing approved blanket permit agreement. It is the responsibility of the applicant to be aware and comply with all the terms and conditions as set forth in the agreement. The work is limited to that shown on the plans as submitted with this application, and such work is limited to non- structural interior construction only. The following work Is not covered under the blanket permit process and separate approvals, permits and inspections are obtained through the applicable agencies. Make sure to fill out the application completely and follow the plans submittal checklist which follows. Handouts are available at the Permit Center which provide more in -depth detail on preparing the submittal. Authorized Agent - The applicant must be an authorized agent as Identified in the Blanket Permit. Fees - The permit fees are based on valuation of construction as declared by the applicant on the application, and shall include all the work to be covered under the permit.
