This figure will be reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitations. The building official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Building Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once. Plumbing permit shall be obtained through the King County Health Department and plumbing will be inspected by that agency, including all gas piping (296- 4722). Subgrade preparation including drainage, excavation, compaction, and fill requirements shall conform strictly with recommendations given in the soils report prior to final inspection (see attached procedure). 16. Fire retardant treated wood shall have a flame spread of not over 25. All materials shall bear identification showing the fire performance rating thereof.
