It is the responsibility of the applicant to be aware and comply with all the terms and conditions as set forth in the agreement. The work Is limited to that shown on the plans as submitted with this application, and such work is limited to non- structural interior construction only. The following work is not covered under the blanket permit process and separate approvals, permits and inspections are obtained through the applicable agencies.
