REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ)
Tukwila Village
Due Friday, April 29, 2011 by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (PST)
The City of Tukwila seeks a developer for the Tukwila Village project and has issued a Request
for Qualifications (RFQ).
Project Scope: The City of Tukwila owns approximately six acres of land at the intersection of
Tukwila International Boulevard and South 144 Street in Tukwila, Washington. We seek a
developer to purchase the land and develop a mixed -use, neighborhood center that will include
a branch of the King County Library System, a neighborhood police resource center, retail,
restaurants, public meeting space, and an outdoor plaza. The development may also include
office, live /work, and residential space.
Questions regarding the RFQ or the submittal process should be directed via electronic

Responses to the RFQ must be mailed or hand delivered to:

Responses, whether mailed or hand delivered, must arrive no later than 5:00 p.m. on April 29,
2011, PST. No submittals will be accepted after that date and time. The City will not be liable
for delays in delivery of responses due to handling by the US Postal Service or any other type of
delivery service. Faxed or emailed submittals shall be rejected.
