DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
Tukwila Fire and Police and King County Medic One were dispatched to a traffic collision involving two
pedestrians struck by a car. The pedestrians, a mother and her two -year old in a stroller, were crossing the
street when they were hit. Medics treated mother and child at the scene and found only minor injuries. The
toddler was transported to the hospital by ambulance as a precaution. The driver stopped at the scene and
cooperated with officers. Tukwila Police traffic officers are investigating the collision and have not yet
determined fault. The road was blocked for about one hour.
