DESCRIPTION OF OCCURRENCE:
On 4 -11 -11 at about 0243 Hours Tukwila Officers were dispatched to a report of an in- progress DV assault at
The Days Inn located at 13050 48th Ave South, As officers arrived in the area they saw the suspect leaving in
a vehicle. Officers attemped to stop him but he fled at a high rate of speed. Officers Pursued the suspect for
about 15 minutes through the City of Tukwila. The suspect returned to The Days Inn, ran on foot from his car
and was taken into custody in the hotel lobby. The suspect is a 20 year old Seattle man and was booked into
King County Jail on charges of Assault 4 DV and Felony Eluding,
