IF THE PROPOSED LOCATION FOR THE NEW ATM IMPACTS BRANCH OPERATIONS, SUCH AS RELOCATION OF A WORKSTATION, THE STATION MUST BE RELOCATED PRIOR TO COMMENCING ANY ATM CONSTRUCTION. THIS WILL INVOLVE COORDINATING WITH VENDORS TO ADDRESS CABLING, TELEPHONE, ALARM, CAMERA AND FURNITURE ISSUES. 3. WHEN INSTALLING IN ALCOVE, NOTE SLOPES AND DIFFERENCES IN FLOOR ELEVATIONS BETWEEN LOBBY AND ALCOVE. VERIFY MACHINE HEIGHT LIMITATIONS. MAKE NECESSARY RECOMMENDATIONS TO ADDRESS ELEVATION DIFFERENCES, SUCH AS MODIFYING EXISTING CONDITIONS OR BUILDING A PLATFORM TO RAISE TI-IE ATM. 5. NOTICE HEIGHTS OF OVERHANGS, CANOPIES, AND ANY PROJECTED FEATURES ON THE EXTERIOR OF BUILDINGS THAT WOULD INTERFERE WITH OR PROHIBIT INSTALLATION OF DIFFERENT TYPES OF SURROUNDS. 6. DETERMINE THE TYPE OF SURROUND THAT WILL BE USED. (DUAL WITH P05, STANDARD ONE HEADER WITH LEFT OR RIGHT P05, SINGLE SURROUND WITH SEPARATE PO5, OR SINGLE SURROUND WITH OR WITHOUT SEPARATE ORGANIZER, EITHER WALL MOUNTED OR POST MOUNTED). 7. NOTE IF PROPOSED ATM LOCATION REQUIRES RELOCATING NIGHT BAG DEPOSITORY OR LETTER DROP. 8. IF A THROUGH WALL DRIVE -UP 15 RECOMMENDED, MAKE USE OF CLOSED DRIVE UP TELLER WINDOW, IF EXISTING. IF THE DRIVE -UP TELLER WINDOW IS STILL ACTIVE, CHECK WITH BRANCH MANAGER AND REGION OFFICER ON THE POSSIBILITY OF REPLACING IT WITH DRIVE -UP ATM.
