On the above date, this inspector was on site at Southland Industries in Tukwila to inspect
repairs from seismic damage. Repairs are complete and acceptable at the following locations:
1. Repairs are complete and acceptable per SKS -2 on C6 x 13 channel.
2. Repairs are complete and acceptable on south end of spandrel panel per SKS -4 and verbal
acceptance from structural engineer, stating that embedment depth of 4 to 4 1/2" is acceptable
for expansion bolts. (Joe Shutler)
3. Welding and bolting is complete and acceptable on north end of spandrel panel per SKS -3
and verbal instruction from Joe Shutler, structural engineer. All workmanship is in accordance
with the above referenced engineer approved documents. Welding was performed by WABO
certified welder.
