4. Notify the City of Tukwila Building Oivi':ion prior to
placing any concrete. Thi:: procedure is in addition to any
requirements for speeial inepection.
5. Validity of Permit. The issuance of a pecolt or approval of
plans, specifications, and computat,ions ehall oot be con-
strued to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation
of any of the provisions of the building eode or of any
other ordinance of the juriediction. Ni permit presuming to

code shall be valid.
6. Electrical permits shall be obtained through the Washington
State Division of Labor and industries and ail electrical
work will be inspected by that agency (243-6630).
7. All permits, inspection records, and approved plans ti& 1 1 be
available at the job site prior to the start of any con-
struction. These documents are to be maintained and avail-
able until final inspection approval is granted,
B. Temporary erosion control measures shall be implemented as
the first order of business to prevent sedimentation off-
site or into existing storm drainane facilities .

place as soon as possible efter final grading has been
completed and prior to the Final Inepection.
