Based upon the noted areas of the buildings, one -hour fire resistive construction would be required throughout. The construction details for the new pilasters do not indicate fire rated protection. Please clarify. 4) A specification for the pre - manufactured fiberglass or vinyl guardrail was not included in the permit submittal. Provide a specification, or note this building component as a "deferred submittal" per the conditions of UBC 106.3.4.2. 5) Mechanical exhaust ventilation is required for the toilet room and the kitchen range or cook -top.
