This letter will explain my plan for finishing it. The addition was started with permit #B92 -0299. The previous owner last worked it approximately in1998. The northeast part of the project {dinning room} and deck appeared to be finished when we took possession of the house in 3/2000. The southwest part is finished on the outside and rough framed, wired and plumbed on the inside. Inspection buyoffs basically agree with where the project sits at this time. The addition will be finished per existing blue prints and with the changes listed below. I have enclosed a revised drawing [floor plan] of the changes I plan to make. I have also included the original blue prints and revisions from the previous owner. Please note that the entire house was converted to gas forced air heating after the original addition plans were bought off. 1) The existing (1st floor) sub floor to be raised an additional 1.125" to match existing house floor height.
