Section 301, either specify the proposed building occupancy or provide a general description of the materials to he stored in this building, This is a storage building and will not be occupied. 33% of the building will be used to store steel pipe, nuts, bolts and other hulk steel products. The remaining 67% will be used to store landscaping equipment (i.e. lawn mowers and weed eaters.) 2. The plans and application do not indicate if the building is provided with heat and/or ventilation. Please identify what is proposed. if the building is heated, the plan details must reflect the • minimum insulation required by the Washington State Energy Code.
