PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the City of Tukwila Board of Architectural Review will be holding a public
hearing on March 27, 2014 at 6:30 PM located at 6200 Southcenter Blvd. to discuss the following:

REQUEST:
The proposal includes two mixed use buildings and site improvements including
sidewalks, driveways, refuse and recycling, on-site parking, and landscaping.

— five floors of residential use over one story + mezzanine of
office/commercial service use; includes 49 structured parking stalls and 68 senior
housing units.
Building E
— four floors of residential over one story + mezzanine of
commercial/retail/office use; includes 103 structured parking stalls and 125 senior
housing units.
