VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION Valuation for new construction and additions are calculated by the Department of community ne"elopm9nt prior to application submittal. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 133 prior to submitting application. In all cases, a valuation amount should be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee schedules.
