VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION Valuation to; new construction and additions are calculated by the Department of nommunity Development prior to application submittal. Contact the Permit Coordinator at 433 - 1851 prior to submitting application. In all cases, a valuation amount should be entered by the applicant. This figure will be reviewed and is subject to possible revision by the Building Division to comply with current fee scheduI '.
