Found resteel for the above to be properly spaced and tied as per approved plans and specifications. Resteel is grade 60, as specified, from Seattle Steel and Salmon Bay Steel. D.Newman Inspected and approved the resteel and forms in canopy grade beam. Resteel 5 -1 -90 is grade 60, as specified, from Cascade Mills. R. Gilbert Inspected and approved the resteel and forms for precast spandrel beams located 5 -11 -90 in Segale's yard. Found resteel to be clean and properly placed as per approved plans and specifications. Resteel is grade 60, as specified, from Seattle Steel. J. Hamm Visually inspected and approved 1) spot welding of metal roof deck at main 5 -22 -90 entry drive- through, 2) welding of joist to ledgers at main entry drive - through, 3) welding of precast concrete spandrels (side connections clips) at main entry drive - through, and 4) welding of joist to embeds at top of concrete spandrels at east end of main entry drive - through (2 places), with the exception of the following: Item 1) east and west edges of roof deck calls for welds at 18" on center. Neither edge has any spot welds. All edge seams throughout deck have no spot welds and /or punches. Needs corrections and re- inspection before placement of roof. Item 3) clips at S.E. corner connection not welded to the north spandrel panel. Requires re- inspection before covering. Note: Welding done by Contractor's own welders. Certification cards are on file at his office. No welders on site at this tine. This report is the exclusive property of our firm for use in producing a final report to obtain a Certificate of Occupancy. Use of this report by any other person or firm is strictly prohibited without written permission from our firm.
