LPN requests, on behalf of TCW Realty Advisors and Boeing Computer Services,
that certain modifications be made to the originally submitted phasing key
plan for this project per the attached layouts.
Description of modifications are as follows:
Phases I, III and IV: no changes.
Phase II: Modified to add west toilet rooms and portions of 104 corridor,
which were previously part of Phase V (no permit has been issued
for Phase V as originally submitted).
Phase V: Modify to delete rooms 120 cafeteria, 119 food service, 118
classroom and toilet rooms. Phase V will now contain only
classrooms 115, 116, 117 and portions of corridors 103 and 104 as
access to these classrooms. Permit ( #future -1) needs to be
reviewed by City of Tukwila for a permit as soon as possible.
City currently has the plans of these classrooms in previously
submitted documents.
Phase VI: (Permit #future -2) Plans will be modified and resubmitted at a
later date and will include the three areas deleted from Phase V
above.
Kindly review and determine if we need to submit plans for the modified Phase
V. Otherwise, please proceed with review of modified Phase V for permit as
soon as p sible.

12. Remove all shading film (if present) from interior surface
of all exterior glass, and clean windows.
13. Remove oll lighted exit signs. Clean to reinstall in new
work or replace with new lighted exit signs to motch
existing.

NEW WORK:
Contractor shall be responsible for
design and installation of the entire
sprinkler system for the building
and its connecting bridges/
canopies.
Coverage' shall be as required for
Type V buildings with elevators for
both above /below ceilings and in
exterior /freeze locations.
System will include existing water
lines from existing mains or newly
installed branch lines to accomplish
coverage.
Contractor will submit sprinkler plans
for required approval and City of
Tukwila permits. Obtain final review
and approval of work from City of
Tukwila Fire Department inspectors.
General
Install new acoustical ceiling grid and
fluorescent fixtures.

After removal of all suspension wires, 7
connectors, straps from existing roof -
structures, install one (1) 2 x 6
adjacent to each 2 x 4 sub–purlin
with Simpson A35N connector at
each and 4 x 12 purlkn, n bail
continuous to existing 2 x 4 with
16d at 2'- --0" o.c.
Install new insulation batts at
underside of roof.
Exterior Walls – Renail /replace all
existing exterior siding, flashing as
necessary per contractors inspection.
Patch and paint exterior siding /flashing
per spec. Color to be selected by
Owner.
Interior Walls -- Patch, clean and
repaint all existing interior gyp. bd.
walls and ceilings.
Clean floors prior to carpet installation
as required.
