Arrangements for final Health Department inspection should be made by calling King County Health Department, 296 -4787, at least three working days prior to desire inspection date. On work requiring Health Department approval, it is the contractor's responsibility to have a set of plans approved by that agency on the job site. Fire retardant treated wood shall have a flame spread of not over 25. All materials shall bear identification showing the fire performance rating thereof.
